My name is Sophia Mogere. I have a strong background in molecular biology and bioinformatics specifically in the analysis of amplicon and shotgun metagenomic sequencing data. I am also skilled in statistical data analysis with tools such as R and Python. My interests lie in microbiome science and leveraging data science and analytics to improve disease surveillance and promote data-driven policy making and targeted interventions in healthcare.
