Short Bio
Dr. Ouyang received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from University of California, Davis with a specialization in Zoo/Wildlife medicine and an MPH from University of California, Berkeley. In 2022-2023, Dr. Ouyang was a Cal-EIS fellow working in Alameda County with the Division of Communicable Disease Control and Prevention. She is currently an epidemiologist for the County of Santa Clara. Her interests lie in One Health and zoonotic disease.
