Short Bio
I work in participatory surveillance of zoonotic diseases, focusing on weaving together Indigenous and place-based knowledge and biological sampling to create sustainable and thorough surveillance networks in urban and rural Alaskan communities. I am a graduate of the Master of Public Health program at University of California Berkeley, and I grew up in Kampala, Uganda.
