Short Bio

Martina is a Climate and Health Policy Manager at Seed Global Health. In this role, she works closely with partner countries (Malawi, Sierra Leone, Uganda, and Zambia) to support tclimate and health strategies and initiatives, especially in adaptation and resilience.

She has over a decade of experience in global health and international development. Martina has worked with various international organizations at the national and regional levels, such as WHO, FCDO, and UNESCO. She has contributed to developing and implementing health policies, strategies, and programs, especially in low- and middle-income countries. She has also coordinated and facilitated several high-level events, such as the COP28 UAE, where she was seconded to support the COP28 Presidency. She is skilled in project management, report writing, resource mobilization, and event coordination.

She holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard University, focusing on global health and population. She speaks English and Shona fluently and is passionate about improving health outcomes and building resilience in emergencies.
