Short Bio
Dr. Gabby Laing is a vet and infectious disease epidemiologist working for a small global health NGO, Unlimit Health as their One Health Senior Policy Adviser.
She has recently completed consultancies and positions with WHO on the Workforce Development Operational Tool (TZG WFD-OT) and the One Health companion document to the NTD Roadmap; WOAH’s OH competencies ToR and an evaluation of FAO’s Global Health Security Agenda programme.
She is Chair of NEOH (Network for Ecohealth and One Health), Chair of the NTD NGO Network’s One Health group and adviser to the Lancet One Health Commission. She also sits as Trustee for the Soulsby Foundation for One Health - awarding travelling fellowships to future One Health leaders.
