Short Bio

My experience includes the development and management of projects funded by institutional donors such as AICS, EuropeAid, UNICEF, USAID, IDRC, and the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I have collaborated with ministries of health and social affairs (notably in Guinea-Bissau, Tunisia, and South Sudan), UN agencies, private foundations (Cariplo, Elma, Roncalli), and local civil society partners, successfully aligning project frameworks with national policies and donor expectations.

A strong component of my work involves data management for accountability, learning, and decision-making. I have designed and improved health data collection systems, supported partners in building dashboards and analysis tools, and integrated data review into strategic planning processes. At St. Mary’s Hospital Lacor, I helped strengthen data flows between departments and aligned reporting tools with both donor requirements and hospital priorities. Across multiple roles, I have ensured that data is not only collected but translated into meaningful insights to guide programming and measure progress.
Early in my career, I worked as a web editor and communications lead, an experience that continues to inform my clarity in reporting, storytelling, and donor engagement. In the last years I get passtioante of complexity approach studies and of their application to the organization management and social behavioural analisis. Onehealth approach is becoming one of my major interest at working and personal level.
